The base price for the Exoquad starts at 179.000 Norwegian kroner, including VAT, for the 2WD version without any add-ons or adaptations.

The Story Behind the All-Terrain Exoquad

We created the Exoquad because we believe that everybody deserves the chance to experience and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Due to a mountain bike accident I, Sigurd, lost my ability to move freely and access nature as I used to. This was impossible for me to accept, and thus became a call to action. Mattias` family shared the same pain points as his partner is also a wheelchair user.

After searching far and wide for a vehicle that could take us deep

into the forest and high up in the mountains we realized that nothing really existed that would allow us to join our family and friends on their outdoor-adventures.

Staying home while others enjoyed thrilling experiences became extremely frustrating. We longed to embrace the great outdoors without limits, and that's why we simply had to create our own solution - The Exoquad

We built The Exoquad to help you conquer steep and rough terrains like rocks, snow, mud, and gravel. To ensure you have unrivaled accessibility, it features four motors—one for each wheel. With just the push of a button, you can activate the 4WD mode, giving you enhanced traction and making every adventure easier and more enjoyable.

With wider tires and a broader axle width than you'd typically find on traditional all-terrain wheelchairs, we aimed to create something truly exceptional for you.

The combination of a low center of gravity and a robust roll bar means that the Exoquad offers unparalleled stability, making it, in our opinion, the safest and most reliable all-terrain vehicle on the market. It effortlessly manages side slopes of up to 30 degrees and vertical inclinations of 40 degrees. Quite sensational, don't you agree?

The Exoquad features a patented A-arm system with 200 mm of suspension travel, ensuring a smooth ride that absorbs bumps and shocks and a gentle impact on your spine and joints. This innovative A-arm suspension design enhances comfort and optimizes stability on uneven surfaces, allowing you to navigate your adventures easily.

We design, develop, and manufacture the Exoquad in Norway. With an emphasis on functionality, it has been crafted in-house from the initial concept to the final product, ensuring top quality, innovative design, and reliable performance in all your adventures. The sum of these parts is why we consider the Exoquad the ultimate all-terrain mobility vehicle —there's simply no comparison.

Lightweight for easy handling

An important design goal was to make the Exoquad lightweight. So we combined a material-efficient design and chose aluminum for the main frame. At 99kg, this gives you one of the lightest 4WD mobility solutions available, making transport and everyday handling much more accessible for people with mobility impairments.

Looks matter

We wanted the Exoquad to look beautiful and make you feel cool while riding it. While robust, the design is also sleek and elegant, debunking the perception of the Exoquad as a traditional electric wheelchair. The sturdy design departs from the typical appearance of a mobility aid, challenging the stigma often associated with wheelchairs in general.

Reliability

Like any other mechanical device, the Exoquad needs regular maintenance to ensure a safe and reliable ride. We designed it with standard bike parts so anyone with basic mechanical skills can service the unit. Our plug-and-play solutions simplify the service and maintenance of the water-resistant electronics.
